Best move for white

Black just moved d5 to d4.  If white captures the d4 pawn it is stalemate.  If it doesn't capture the d4 pawn , black pawn will become a queen. What would you do.

    c4. Continue pushing the white pawn though black get a queen. c7+ will checkmate the black king.
