Best move for white - level 3

White rook is trapped in all directions.  But when going gets tough, the tough gets going is what the experts say. How would you make next three moves to come ahead with a pawn at least?

    Rook captures the bishop at d4.
    white pawn c x d
    Nd4+ check captures the rook gaining the pawn
