The strategy used here to protect h3 pawn is to create a problem for black pieces so the queen would turn its attention to protect its pieces than capturing h3 pawn.
Options are:
1. Attack: Check for loose pieces of black. or Attack the attacker!!!
2. Defend: Check if you can move the king closer to the h3 pawn without getting exposed
3. Ignore ? But keep your strategy. Two of your rooks are sitting idle ? Your F file is wide open and black king is standing on F file.
