The f4 pawn is blocking the black bishop. Black queen can mate Qg2+ , but there is a catch. Knight is in the way. How does black rook can help here ?

The black bishop is protected by three pieces. White not only has to chase the black knight but open up the 3rd rank for rook to occupy g3. How do you do so you can attack the black bisbop.
